Children and Teens
We are a family-oriented church offering a variety of programs for everyone in the family. Calvary Church has had a long history of providing quality children and teen programs and events. Providing our youth with a variety of Next Steps in their walk of faith is every bit as important to us as it is with adults. Children and teens are not our future-church; they are part of our present-church. We do our best to help children with special needs to be part of all that our kids do. All of our programs are supported by committed adult leaders with help from teens who are our leaders-in-training.

On Sunday mornings during our 10:45 worship service we offer children's programs from birth to Grade 6.  We use The Gospel Project curriculum throughout all our classes to give our kids a comprehensive picture of the God's redemptive plan through all of Scripture.

On Friday nights, during the school year, we have Awana for children age 3 to grade 6 and Teen Ministry for students in grades 7-12 (using the Gospel Project curriculum). Awana will be starting for the 2017 - 2018 school year on Friday, September 15, 2017.  You can register here.

All adult leaders and teen helpers must meet the qualifications to serve in children's ministries.  Ministry workers are regular attendees of the church, they must complete training in child safety and sexual harassment prevention, and pass a background check.
